At the end of 2014, after having head up the ITH Department (Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero) for 6 years, he co-founded The Digital Band SL, a consultancy helping companies in initial stages of growth in order to maximise their income statement through Innovation, Technology, Marketing and Communication. In 2019 Forward_ was created, an international community made up of specialists from the different segments of the tourism sector with a purpose to redefine post-Covid tourism and increase the tourist offer of the various destinations.In addition to his responsibilities at TDB, since 2014 he has collaborated as an analyst for the Spanish market for Phocuswright, and since 2020 as an advisor at LÚAfund. Fabian is also an International lecturer and professor at various Universities and Masters.
With over 15 years in the Events Industry, Natalie started her career in the United Kingdom where she was born and completed her studies, graduating from the University of Canterbury with a degree in European Studies & Italian.
In 2005 she left the UK for Madrid and began her DMC experience with Kuoni Madrid. Soon after she joined AIM Group International (a leading company in events and congresses management, with an experience of more than 50 years and more than 2000 events managed per year between their 13 International offices) and in 2010 became Country Manager for Spain, responsible for Madrid & Barcelona offices, heading up a team of international staff divided between three main departments, DMC & Special Events, Congress & Corporate Events. In 2020 she became International director for the group, and is now responsible for the DMC growth and development of 9 international offices.
Lidia is an International Sales expert in the Hospitality industry with a large focus within the Luxury and Premium segment. She studied International Business Law at Bristol University and continued her career in UK, where she stayed for over 13 years.
Skilled in Negotiation, Customer Acquisition, International Business, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Management she is a sales professional with a master focused in International Travel and sales. She has attended Congresses, Summits and Premium Travel events worldwide, what gave her a global knowledge of the Luxury Travel market. In 2018 she moved back to Spain she continued her path in the in the Leisure and Premium industry.
She has a large experience in the International Travel and its different markets and cultures. Her job in the luxury industry is her passion, as well as travelling.

Enrique graduated with a BBA from Davenport College in the US and after a few years in the automotive industry, he started his career in Tourism which has become his real passion. His first position was in the UK with Alternative Travel Group Oxford, moving later to Madrid with JTB Group, where he spent 13 years. Working for JTB/Tumlare and some other DMC´s has given Enrique the opportunity to get to know well most SEA and Middle East markets and their travel habits and needs.

Founder of Premium Comunicación agency in 2004, she is Major in Hispanic Language and Literature and has a Master’s Degree in Journalism. She has developed her career in different areas, related to information, communications and public relations. With almost two decades of experience in Corporate Communications, she is an expert in launching new companies, brand repositioning, and defining and implementing communications and media relations strategies, targeting key audiences. Thanks to her experience as a journalist in several Spanish editorial groups (Prisa, Unidad Editorial, Vocento, Hearst …) she has developed a deep knowledge of media dynamics, which she applies in the communications plans and campaigns that she designs for her clients. Before turning to consultancy, she worked as a teacher at the University of Deusto and at the University of St. Andrews (United Kingdom).

Roberto is an IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in all the fields of Software Engineering. Currently he is specialized in Web Architecture and E-Commerce.
He commenced his professional career as a low-level programmer of electrical components (Assembler C) to later found his own company dedicated to courses in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). As of a few years ago, he spends his time in various web-based projects for small and medium businesses as well as the Public Sector.
